This foundational Certified IRBM Practitioner course introduces various key aspects of Integrated Results Based Management (IRBM) System for development practitioners from all sectors. It provides a good grounding on all five key components of the IRBM system comprising of strategic development results planning, results-based budgeting, results-based human resources management, results-based monitoring and evaluation, and results-based management information and decision support system.

The Course covers the formulation, design, and management of results-based policies, programmes and projects together with the appropriate IRBM tools and techniques, while empowering participants to effectively design and develop an integrated results plan and a reciprocal results-based performance management framework.

To be awarded the Certified IRBM Practitioner certificate, a person must demonstrate a minimum level of competency on the IRBM Competency Framework which covers a set of core competencies, as well as a set of both technical and theoretical competencies.

Pre-Requisite:  A University degree plus at least one year of experience working as a program officer in any formal organization. Partial exemption for Part I of the Course may be considered if the candidate has successfully attended and been certified in any of the CeDRE International public courses listed in: https://cedre-international.com/#training. Proven experience in other fields of study and professional work may also be considered as Demonstration of Prior Learning.

The Certified IRBM Trainer course is specially tailored for high achieving and competent Certified IRBM Practitioners where training forms a large part of their job or full job function. It is designed to expose participants with the necessary learning experience and adopting varied learning methodologies to initiate, develop  and implement workplace IRBM training programmes with measurable results.

The Course covers all qualities of a competent IRBM trainer, including code of conduct, application of adult learning principles in designing and delivering training for any level of diverse audiences, Training Needs Analysis (TNA), and the application of industry standards to evaluate learning outcomes. The would be IRBM Trainer must be able to empower participants to develop an effective IRBM learning environment for the transfer of the required knowledge and skills of IRBM tools and techniques. This also includes managing and producing applicable expected behavioral changes to the target audience.

Pre-Requisite:  Must have been a Certified IRBM Practitioner for at least 3 years and demonstrate compliance with the IRBM Competency Framework. Demonstrated field experience as a Certified IRBM Practitioner may also be considered as Demonstration of Prior Learning for exception of the three-year qualifier period.

The Certified IRBM Consultant course is specially designed for high achieving, competent Certified IRBM Trainers who want to take the next step in their careers into the world of professional consulting.  The course is designed to equip participants with the necessary consulting and business advisory skills to consult with/for any organization on all aspects of IRBM and components.

As a CeDRE Certified IRBM Consultant, the person will be fully equipped with the necessary skills and competencies to advise and support all forms of organizations to design, adopt and implement the IRBM System and all components under it. The CeDRE Certified IRBM Consultant course covers all qualities of a competent and skillful IRBM consultant, including code of conduct, problem-solving, strategic management, organisational analysis and program management. This covers all components of the IRBM System. Using specific IRBM endorsed tools and techniques, the CeDRE Certified IRBM Consultant will be able to apply hands-on practical approaches to consult and lead their client organizations to become IRBM Compliant.

Pre-Requisite: Must have been a Certified IRBM Trainer for a minimum period of three years. Demonstrated field experience as a Certified IRBM Trainer may also be considered as Demonstration of Prior Learning for exception of the three-year qualifier period.

This Certified IRBM Assessor course is the highest level of attainment in the CeDRE IRBM Certification series. A person attaining this certification will have demonstrated the highest level of knowledge, skills and competencies in IRBM and all of its components.

The person will be capable of in-depth analysis and assessment of the IRBM System implementation for any form of organization.

The course is specially designed for highly achieving, competent Certified IRBM Consultants who aspire to build assessment skills to work as Assessors of the IRBM Maturity Model. It is designed to equip participants with the necessary skills and specialised IRBM tools in assessing an organisation’s readiness, compliance and attainment of maturity level as required by the IRBM Maturity Assessment Model.

The participant will be put through a detailed and meticulous program of training and practice to demonstrate his/her ability to carry out the prescribed IRBM assessment.  It will equip participants to plan, design and conduct assessment with a reliable, consistent and replicable method to assess IRBM compliance and the determination of IRBM maturity level attained by an organisation.
