TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. CeDRE will advise applicants if their application has been accepted through the email address they provide in their application. Ensure that the email address you provide in the application form is valid.
2. The course fees include (a) tuition and coursework (b) course materials (c) lunch and refreshments during course days, and (d) Course Certificate.
3. The course fee does not include (a) accommodation (b) airport transfers (c) cost of air travel to and from your country of origin, (d) bank charges when effecting international payment of fees, (e) visits to local tourist attractions, (f) required travel and health insurance, (g) Internet services, or (h) personal travel;
4. CeDRE International can assist participants to arrange suitable accommodation at the course venue. The additional payment for accommodation is as shown in the registration website and is payable at the time of registration. Participants are advised to stay at the course venue. Hotel rates are generally high and participants are encouraged to book their accommodation through CeDRE International to enjoy special discounted rates.
5. Travel & Medical Insurance: Participants are responsible for obtaining their own medical and travel insurance prior to their travels and arrival. CeDRE International shall not be responsible for participants’ medical or health costs incurred by participants.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy: In the event that a particular course is cancelled due to insufficient numbers, the relevant course fees will be refunded in full or the participants may choose to register for any of the alternative courses offered by CeDRE.
7. In the event of a registered participant being unable to attend the course, his/her place may be transferred to another official from the same organization at no extra cost. However, all such transfers must be communicated and approved by CeDRE International prior to the commencement of the course.
8. In the event of the registered participant cancelling less than 2 weeks prior to the commencement of the course, a penalty of fifty percent of the relevant course fees shall be chargeable by CeDRE. The balance shall be refunded within one calendar month from the cancellation date.
9. CeDRE International reserves the right to cancel any of the offered courses if the participation is below a minimum number or due to unavoidable circumstances. In such an event, any course fees already paid shall be refunded in full to the participant or his/her organization within one calendar month from the notification of such cancellation.
